Accommodation
The Ayurveda Retreat, a restored 5-star luxury medical clinic, has only six rooms as it offers a highly personalised medical wellness experience tailored to each individual. The environment emphasises calm and disconnect with no televisions or technology, but a 300 year old banyan tree. The clinic is a sanctuary located on a private hillside estate surrounded by coconut plantations and reserve forests. The rooms have views of the Mandovi river and the surrounding hills on the upper-levels or views of the lush tropical gardens and the valley beyond on the ground floor level.

What is the duration of the wellness retreat?
The duration of our wellness retreats is flexible and depends on your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for a short, revitalising experience or a deeper, transformative journey, our retreats can be tailored to your preferences. Typically, our retreats range from 10 days to 21 days, but we can adjust the length to best suit your requirements.
How many people attend one retreat?
Each organised retreat hosts a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring personalised, intimate experiences. Small group sizes allow Sonali and her team to focus on individual needs, fostering a sense of community and deeper exploration of yoga, Ayurveda, and Indian culture. The groups are international as participants come from all over the world, including from France, Italy, USA, Australia, India, Middle East, Germany and England. Your own personalised group retreat can be of any size.

What people say about this Retreat
“Sonali lives yoga. She inhabits it. I never will go to anyone else.”
“I really believe this has been a life changing time.
Your words “because you deserve it” continue to echo in my head and make complete sense. The experience of being nurtured in so many ways – of learning, stretching, breathing and laughing with you at dawn and dusk in the
hut-beside-thewater – will stay with me a long time and have laid the foundations for wanting more of this in my life.”
“I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful yoga sessions you gave me and our group this month. I had often wondered what it would be like to be taught by you and I found your approach beautiful and unique – just like you! I appreciated the gentleness and the slower pace – something that in our busy lives we forget exists…. And of course one senses straight away that yoga is a way of life for you – you inhale and exhale it! You have given me so much in such a short time – thank you.”
