Detox retreat in Atmantan, Pune
For the very first time, we are holding a cellular Detox programme at the award winning integrated wellness centre, Atmantan in Pune. Atmantan has received several awards for their work in providing exceptional wellness programmes tailor made to suit each individual. It is nestled on a unique crystal hill, overlooking the deeply calming Mulshi lake and the energy from these crystals has a profound impact on the entire being. Atmantan believes in using ancient healing knowledge that is scientifically researched, and creating practical lifestyle enhancement programmes. We have created an exciting new programme just for our group that includes Yoga, Ayurveda, acupuncture, pranic healing, naturopathy and functional medicine. However, each individual will have a bespoke programme tailor-made to their needs. The aim is to transform you to the optimal way of life which enables you to better what you thought was your best.

Depart from London or your outbound destination on Tuesday, 22nd April to arrive in Mumbai Wednesday, 23rd April.

Day 1

Wednesday, April 23rd
Arrive Mumbai. Drive to Atmantan.

You will be received at the airport and driven to the Wellness Clinic, Atmantan. The journey takes around four hours. After a traditional welcome and lunch, you will meet with the doctor for your body composition testing

Accommodation

Asoka and Arjuna Grove garden and balcony rooms. These are garden rooms that have twin or double beds and floor to ceiling view windows with glass walled bath tubs. The balcony rooms are higher tier rooms recommended for people who prefer fewer stairs. All rooms have central airconditioning with fresh air circulation provisions, telephones, refrigerators, electric kettles with a selection of herbal teas, wardrobe safes, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards and bathrobes. All the bath products are special blends made especially for Atmantan and are free of harmful preservatives.

Acacia Lake Grove rooms are higher tier rooms overlooking the lake. They have the same amenities as the Asoka and Arjuna Grove rooms.

Amaltas Lake Wellness Suites have views of the Mulshi Lake and their own therapy beds, infra red sauna, steam-shower cubicle, walk-in wardrobes and large baths.

Can you organise a few days in Mumbai before or after the Retreat ?

Yes, Mumbai is a vibrant city and certainly worth visiting. We can organise your hotel, sightseeing, guide and transfers. Mumbai is India’s largest city and it’s financial and entertainment centre.It is the wealthiest indian city being the commercial capital of India and interestingly it is also home to the largest number of slums in the country. Mumbai has interesting fusion restaurants and several attractions to visit like Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens, Marine Drive, Dhobi Ghat and the Mahatma Gandhi museum. The elephanta caves are a must as you can see here a collection of temples dating back to 5th century. They have been designated  a Unesco World Heritage Site and also have a few buddhist stupa mounds dating back to 2nd century BC.
